Chelsea was born and raised around the construction and home improvement industry. She is a sales and marketing professional, #1 Amazon best-selling author, and leads the company's operations process. Chelsea is one of the key factors in the leadership and growth of the company!
Porsha is a mother of 3, a business owner and specializes in bridging the gap between the company and community. She is at the forefront of all Jim Reynolds Asphalt Contractor, Inc., events, expos, trainings, fundraisers, and initiatives. She is also the founder of Black Girls Conquer All (BGCA) where she host events to bring women together to openly discuss things they deal with daily but struggle to have an open setting that allows us to express ourselves together and receive the advice and help we need.
She is also the owner of Helen Marie an accessory line that allows her to share her late grandmother's love of jewelry and accessories with the world.
